So, this article is going to look into the two sides of the argument to ascertain whether the two sources of omega 3 are the same or whether one is better than the other.
Supporters of krill oil are claiming that it is the new ' miracle oil' and there has been several media reviews in support of that. That is not surprising at all because, it has become something of a trend for one substance/ product to surface as a ' miracle pill' for all disease once in a while; hence the emergence of krill oil as the 'new kid on the block' is one of such trends.
